Amarillo Area Democratic Headquarters has appointed Randall County Chairman Jim Otto to the Vice-Chair position on our Board of Directors.
We are all very excited that Jim has agreed to help Chairman Tony Raphael lead us into the next phase of our growth.
Jim is one of the most knowledgeable individuals in the local Democratic party. The AAHD has come to rely on him to advise and educate us on the ins and outs of party and election rules. He and his wife Theresa can always be counted on to help with events, elections, and anything else we need.
